Exceptions within the EU

Country-specific exceptions to the Data Processing Agreement per EU member state - If you are a Customer using the Ziber Education platform (ziber.eu) and are based in one of the EU member states, our Data Processing Agreement applies to you. We may have made country-specific adjustments for each EU member state, such as those required by national, regional, or local legislation. Below, you can find exceptions that may apply to you. If your country of establishment is not listed, then the Data Processing Agreement applies to you.

Customers in the Netherlands

Ziber Education platform

If you are a Customer of Ziber, based in the Netherlands, and you are using the Ziber Education platform (ziber.eu), we process Personal Data on your behalf and enter into a Data Processing Agreement with you. Ziber is affiliated with the Privacy Covenant and is a partner of Edu-V. For customers in the Netherlands, we therefore use the Data Processing Agreement 4.0 for Educational Institutions, which you can download and sign via the Service for Data Processing Agreements (Kennisnet). You can email us at support@ziber.eu if you wish to sign this Data Processing Agreement with us.
